Feral Fireman offers free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders below the threshold will show the available shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery timing can vary by product and fulfillment provider. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships when tracking is available.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or size is to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement.
